During a typical session you and your group can:

• Learn how to taste different levels of roasting (light, medium, and dark)
• Learn how to brew A Good Cup of Joe and learn how to get that Coffee Shop Experience at home and in the office.
• Learn a little about the history of coffee and how it has shaped our society, and how it has become the second largest export in the world.
• Get a short introduction to coffee roasting
• Finally, the opportunity to ask all of your coffee question: such as, how should I store my coffee, why buy fair trade coffee, and is it true that a shot of espresso has less caffeine than a cup of coffee?
